HOLIDAY CHANNEL is a free streaming service operated by Holiday Channel, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is involved when you use www.holidaychannel.tv.
In short
- You don't need an account to watch, so we never ask for your name, email address or payment details.
- There's no advertising on HOLIDAY CHANNEL and no third-party trackers.
- We measure viewing only with Cloudflare Stream's own analytics and our own count of plays by US state. Neither identifies you.
- We don't sell or share personal information.
What happens when you visit
Like any website, ours receives standard technical information from your browser so it can respond: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page or video you request, and the time. Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site and delivers the video, processes this information to serve pages and video to you and to protect the service from abuse. Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy.
Location
Cloudflare estimates your location from your IP address: your country and, in the United States, your state. We use the country to make playback available only in the United States and its territories, and the state only for the count of plays described below.
Cookies and storage
HOLIDAY CHANNEL doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and you don't need cookies to watch. The site may keep simple player preferences in your browser's storage. Those stay on your device.
Viewing activity
We use only two measurements of viewing:
- Cloudflare Stream's own analytics, which report how much each film is watched in total, such as minutes streamed by film and by country.
- Our own count of plays by film, day and US state. It holds totals only: no IP address, cookie or other identifier.
We use no other analytics, and no page of HOLIDAY CHANNEL loads an analytics or tracking script. We don't keep a viewing history linked to you.
Children
HOLIDAY CHANNEL is meant for a general audience. Because watching needs no account, we don't ask anyone, including children, for personal information.
How long information is kept
Cloudflare keeps technical logs for a limited time under its own policies. We keep total counts, which identify no one, for as long as they help us run the service.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
