Terms of use
Effective October 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of HOLIDAY CHANNEL at www.holidaychannel.tv, a free on-demand streaming service for classic holiday films operated by Holiday Channel, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Free, personal viewing
Watching is free and needs no account. HOLIDAY CHANNEL is for personal, noncommercial viewing. Films stream in your browser; the service doesn't offer downloads.
Where films play
Anyone may browse the site. Playback is available in the United States and its territories.
Please don't
- copy, download, record or re-host our video streams, or make them available on another site, app or service;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the video (search engines may index our pages);
- interfere with the service, its security or its playback limits;
- use the HOLIDAY CHANNEL name or logo for your own products or services, or in a way that suggests we endorse you.
The films and our material
To the best of our knowledge, the films in our library are in the public domain in the United States. Public-domain status can differ in other countries. The HOLIDAY CHANNEL name and logo, our station ident and on-screen logo, our synopses and the design of this site belong to Holiday Channel, LLC. HOLIDAY CHANNEL® is a registered service mark of Holiday Channel, LLC.
Rights concerns
If you believe a film on HOLIDAY CHANNEL infringes a right you hold, please send the film's title, the page address and the basis of your claim to the contact listed under Rights and support on our About page. We review credible notices promptly and may take a title down while we look into it.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove films and features at any time.
No warranty
We provide HOLIDAY CHANNEL as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. The films are historical works and may include content that some viewers find dated or offensive.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Holiday Channel, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and using the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
